Hi, I'm Zoe...a former EY Change, Leadership and Learning Consultant and APMG Change Management Trainer, turned Business Change Strategist and Trainer who helps HR, OD and L&D professionals enhance their skillsets, make more impact when leading through change, and land highly paid change roles!

Having been both a practitioner and instructor for some time now, as well as a qualified teacher and with a BSc in Psychology and a MSc in leadership studies, I have strong views on how people learn best (hint - it's different for each individual!), how we can approach resistance to change (one of the biggest issues in change), and how we can facilitate behaviours which help individuals and organisations transition through change...

In the last 3 years, I have:

- Helped organisations through many different types of change - from process changes affecting a department, to tech changes affecting a whole company.

- Worked across many different industries, from government to professional services, including time spent as a People Director for a London consultancy, also helping them through a tech change!

- Taken over 100 people through change management training (in 2023), with a pass rate of 98% (APMG)

The most frequent piece of feedback I received as an APMG trainer was that even though my training style was great, and I taught in a way accessible to all types of learning, adding real life examples and practical application, there was just too much information crammed into a week long course, and always the worry of an exam hanging over everyone.

So, I decided to change that and so my Certified Change Manager™ Program was born.
